Prices and 19% VAT (tax)

1. All prices listed on the website for accommodation in a PRIVATE SPA SUITE include accommodation, breakfast, and use of the private hot tub, private outdoor shower, and pool (summer). Use of the private sauna and other services are subject to an additional charge.

2. All prices indicated on the website are net prices and do not include 19% VAT. In the final step of the booking process, 19% VAT is added to the invoice amount.

3. In accordance with national tax laws, Chilean citizens and foreign residents in Chile must pay this 19% VAT supplement.

4. To be exempt from paying the 19% VAT surcharge, foreign guests must pay their stay in USD and present a copy of their immigration white card (PDI) and passport.

5. Foreign guests paying in local currency (CLP) must also pay this 19% VAT supplement.

 

Payments

1. We don't ask for any payment or credit card information directly when you make your online reservation. This is for your security.

2. Therefore, please ignore the word "Pagar"(Pay) that appears in the reservation system and replace it with "Reserve."

3. Only 7 days before arrival you have to pay a 50% deposit.

4. To do this, we will send you a separate e-mail 7 days prior to arrival or, for reservations made within 7 days of arrival, on the day of the reservation.

5. With a simple and secure payment link (for credit and debit cards) and our bank details so you can make a bank transfer if you wish.

6. Once payment has been received, the reservation will be definitively confirmed.

7. If the payment is not made within 24 hours, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.

8. The remaining amount (50%) will be paid upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (CLP or USD).

Discounts and promotions
Discounts and promotions will only be granted if all conditions for the discount are met.
Different discounts and promotions cannot be combined.

Children policy
Children under 4 years old stay free of charge.
Children between 5 and 12 years old are charged CLP 10,000 per night.
Children between 13 and 17 years old are charged CLP 15,000 per night.
Cots are free of charge.

 

Cancellation and Reservation Change Policies

 

1. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, our guests do not lose their money.

2. In the event of cancellation, we will send you a voucher for the amount of your subscription, which you can redeem within one year for future nights of accommodation or other services.

3. Up to 7 days before arrival, the reservation can be changed to another date at any time, subject to availability. The same applies to the 7 days prior to arrival, if a 50% deposit has been paid. If the prices for the new date are higher, the difference in price must be paid.
